Terms of Service

By accessing or using DuoAscenta (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including customers and partners.

DuoAscenta is a structured duo-play and coaching marketplace for League of Legends. Customers purchase sessions where a verified Partner joins their ranked game or provides coaching. All gameplay occurs on the customer’s own account. DuoAscenta does not operate any in-game boosting service; the customer and partner play together as a duo.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register and purchase services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. DuoAscenta reserves the right to terminate accounts found to violate this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify DuoAscenta immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to safeguard your credentials.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund eligibility is assessed case-by-case. If a session is not completed due to a Partner failure, customers may request a full refund or session credit. Disputes may be raised through the in-platform dispute system within 72 hours of a session’s scheduled completion.

Partners must maintain the professional standards set out in the Partner Agreement accepted during onboarding. Partners are independent contractors, not employees of DuoAscenta. Partners must not share account credentials with customers, use third-party software that violates applicable publisher and platform rules, or engage in any form of harassment.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Circumvent applicable publisher and platform terms of service or codes of conduct
• Share, transfer, or allow third-party access to your League of Legends account
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse toward other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt Platform services
• Submit false disputes, fraudulent payment claims, or fake reviews

DuoAscenta reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in breach of these rules, with or without prior notice.

All Platform content, branding, and software is the property of DuoAscenta or its licensors. League of Legends™ and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. DuoAscenta is an independent platform not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of the supported games.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DuoAscenta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to rank loss, account penalties imposed by game publishers or platform operators, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the incident.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which DuoAscenta operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

DuoAscenta may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email where reasonably possible.
